Pricing
All items posted on the website are shown in U.S dollars. Please note that all orders are subject to regional sales taxes.
Shipment Confirmation
Once you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive two e-mails. The first e-mail contains an order number, which confirms that your order has been received. This e-mail should arrive within approximately 48 hours after your order has been received. The second e-mail contains tracking information on your order and confirms that it has been shipped. This e-mail should arrive approximately 48 hours following the authorization of your credit card and verification of your information.
Track Order
You can track your order by using the Fedex or UPS tracking number included in the e-mail sent to you, confirming the shipment of your order. This tracking number may be used to check the status of your order, online at http://www.fedex.ca/ or http://www.ups.com/. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s website.
Warranties
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by ALter EGo and is not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 7 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 7 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of ALTER EGO

$16.99 SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS weighing 3lbs!!!

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS ground or FedEx and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 6-12 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail alteregocanada@gmail.com for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. If the order is under 3 lbs. we will probably ship via FEDEX Ground, if it is above 3 lbs. the order will probably be shipped via UPS

Return or Exchange items
Yes, all returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking charge. If you wish to return or exchange an unused item purchased from ALTER EGO, you must contact us via e-mail within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will be given an Authorization number for your return or exchange. The merchandise to be returned must be in the same original, brand new condition with all hangtags affixed and dust covers intact. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet our criteria. All returns and exchanges must be shipped to ALTER EGO pre-paid.All sale items are non-refundable.Replacement of Defective itemsAt alteregocanada.blog.com. We thoroughly inspect our merchandise prior to shipping, however, if you receive a defective item notify us within 3 business days after you have received your order. Package and return the defective item back to ALTER EGO. Full refund will only be given if the item is out of stock or discontinued.Damaged merchandise caused by courier , Items damaged in transit must be reported to the shipping company immediately.

Our minimum wholesale order is 10 bags of any style/color. Minimum re-order is 4 bags. In-stock bags typically ship within 3 - 4 business days.
